About kim
Kim Dickinson provides professional Real Estate and Accredited Appraisal Services for her clients. She is a member in good standing with the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), as well as the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC).
These two professions complement one another in the valuing and trading of real property. AIC Designated Members play an important role in the real property market by providing unbiased appraisal services for clients. This skill set is essential for effective real estate negotiations.
While born and raised in Muskoka, her work and travel experience has taken her abroad to the U.K, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the Yukon Territory of Canada. Her love for travel and exploration continues today, but the pristine waters and unique Canadian Shield landscape have always called her home.

To compliment Kim’s professional CRA designation, she became an registered, licensed Realtor under the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). Being a registered Realtor in the area provides full access to The Lakelands Real Estate Board, covering Muskoka, Haliburton and Orillia regions.
